Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with shift 1900-0730 and weekend rotations. A sign-on bonus of $25,000 is offered for eligible candidates.

Requirements include NLN-accredited nursing education, IL licensure, and BLS/CPR. Experience in NICU/ISCU and BSN are preferred. Benefit options include health plans, tuition reimbursement, retirement contributions, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required (BSN strongly preferred).
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required (AHA).
• Current IL nursing licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
