Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) in Evanston, IL. Full-time, 36 hours/week, 7:00 PM start, 7:30 AM finish with weekend rotation.

Position includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity for premium pay based on shift and performance. Responsibilities include independent NICU/ISCU nursing care, using the nursing process, and guiding unlicensed staff to deliver interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred is optional but recommended.
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA).
• State IL nursing licensure required.
• 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care in the ISCU.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to patient safety and experience.
