Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU). The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with 1900–0730 shifts, weekend rotations, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide compassionate NICU care, use the nursing process, and mentor staff.

Qualified candidates have NLN-accredited nursing education, IL licensure, and at least 1 year in acute care or ISCU, with BSN preferred. BLS/CPR certification is required. Float to ISCU as needed.

Competenze

• NLN-accredited nursing program required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Current IL nursing license required.
• 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Independently provide nursing care in the ISCU.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
• Collaborate with health-care team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
