Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Infant Special Care Unit in Evanston, IL. The role offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, with night shifts (1900-0730) and weekend rotation.

A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates with NICU/ISCU experience. Responsibilities include delivering safe, nursing care in ISCU, applying the nursing process, supervising support staff, and collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing.
• Current IL nursing license.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

SIGN ON BONUS: $25,000 Experience: .A minimum of 18 months of NICU/ISCU experience required to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Working Hours

• Float: when needed

What you will do:

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

• 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year ISCU experience preferred

Unique or Preferred Skills:

• NICU/ISCU experience
