• Assist utilization management processes to maintain compliance with guidelines.
• Assist transition/discharge planning and care coordination to support plans and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain data integrity.
• Deliver professional, courteous service while handling confidential matters.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff; respond to requests promptly and tactfully.
• Obtain information for responses and relay messages to staff, customers, and providers.
