LA PERLA BEAUTY seeks a Freelance Fragrance Sales Specialist to support customers and embody the brand’s luxury values. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with prior experience in niche fragrances and a passion for connecting clients with fragrance stories.

You'll strategize independently, partner with the Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to reach sales goals, and contribute to a high-end retail environment. Availability for holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience with niche fragrances or luxury fragrance brands
• Strong clienteling skill set
• Proven ability to drive sales and build customer loyalty
• Proven sales records and building the brands
• Ability to work holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Strategize own business and be self-motivated; increase productivity through selling techniques and client relationships.
• Partner with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to drive sales goals and support training.
• Contribute to store sales and provide remarkable service, supporting management and representing the brand.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement; maintain qualitative brand standards.
• Network with in-store community to drive sales and traffic.
• Develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Participate in maintaining a positive work environment.
• Contribute to operations: maintain selling space, stock filling, inventory management.
• Receive and process deliveries, organize deliveries and shipments to clients.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and follow up.
