• Ability to work holidays and weekends.

• Strategize own business and be self-motivated; increase productivity through effective selling techniques and client relationships.
• Partner with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to drive sales goals and support team training.
• Contribute actively to store sales, providing remarkable service and supporting the management team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain qualitative brand standards.
• Network with in-store community to drive sales and traffic.
• Develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Support a positive work environment.
• Contribute to operations: maintain selling space, stock, and inventory; receive and process deliveries.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve needs, and follow up as necessary.
