LA PERLA BEAUTY is seeking a Freelance Fragrance Sales Specialist to support our customers and represent La Perla Beautys values. A top candidate is a strong storyteller, with prior experience in niche fragrances.

As part of the team, you will strategize to grow your own business, collaborate with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager, and actively contribute to store sales while upholding the brand's qualitative standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in niche or luxury fragrance brands.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize and grow personal business with strong client relationships.
• Partner with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to hit sales goals.
• Contribute to store sales and provide remarkable customer service.
• Maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.
• Network with in-store community to drive traffic and new clients.
• Support operations: stock, inventory, and deliveries to clients.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and follow up.
