The role focuses on driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining premium brand standards in a retail setting. Flexibility to work during holidays and weekends is required, with in-store collaboration to achieve goals.

Formación

• 5+ years relevant work experience with niche fragrances or luxury/prestige brands.
• Strong clienteling skill set.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
• Proven sales records and building the brands.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize own business and increase productivity through selling techniques and client relationships.
• Partner with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to drive sales goals and support team training.
• Contribute to store sales by providing remarkable service and supporting management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
• Network with in-store community to drive sales and traffic.
• Develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Maintain selling space, stock, and inventory; assist with deliveries and shipments.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to engage clients and follow up.
