Qualifications

• 5+ years in niche fragrances or luxury brands.
• Strong clienteling and loyalty-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and grow personal business; self-motivated seller.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to meet sales goals.
• Contribute to store sales and provide exceptional service to clients.
• Maintain brand standards and customer engagement across channels.
• Network within-store community to drive traffic and sales.
• Develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Support a positive work environment.
• Maintain selling space, stock, and inventory; assist with deliveries.
