Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building voice solutions on NICE CXone CX1.
• Strong ability to configure IVRs, call flows, routing prompts and related voice components.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable voice configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain NICE CXone voice solutions.
• Develop and configure IVRs, call flows, routing logic, prompts, and related voice components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and functional voice solutions.
• Support integrations and dependencies affecting voice workflows.
• Test and troubleshoot voice functionality to ensure expected performance.
