Job summary

Vimo is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in California. You will configure, implement, and maintain NICE CXone BUs, designing IVR and routing strategies across channels to support multiple business units.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance, ensure service availability, and integrate CXone with other enterprise systems. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on NICE CXone experience, scripting ability with CXOne Studio, and knowledge of Python,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
At least 4 years’ experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone including ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Omnichannel, WFM, and Interaction Analytics.
Experience scripting with NICE CXOne Studio and with other scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python, Bash).
Experience integrating CXone with other systems and configuring end-to-end contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

Configure, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple NICE CXone BUs in cross-functional collaboration with the contact center team.
Design and implement IVR and call routing across channels per business requirements.
Fine-tune configurations per business needs and provide periodic updates to customers and management.
Ensure smooth operation of telephony services and integrations with other systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the contact center and other teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center services.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
