Job summary

Mphasis in New Jersey seeks a skilled NICE Actimize Developer to design, build, and upgrade ActOne/RCM Java plug-ins and to implement Actimize AML workflows within the Case Management platform.

You will collaborate across teams in an Agile environment, tightening integration with FinCEN filings, sanctions screening, and cloud-native patterns while maintaining robust testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background or education.
• Hands-on ActOne/RCM development experience.
• Proven ActOne platform upgrade planning/execution.
• Direct Java plug-in development for ActOne/RCM.
• Specialized FinCEN filing implementations (SAR/CTR/STR).
• Experience with Actimize sanctions screening modules and rule configurations.
• Proficient SQL and cross-platform database querying.
• Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design principles on cloud platforms.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG/Selenium) and TDD/BDD.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions).
• Kafka for event-driven data integrations and streaming.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance NICE Actimize Case Management solutions (ActOne/RCM).
• Build, maintain, and upgrade ActOne/RCM Java plug-ins with performance and scalability in mind.
• Lead ActOne upgrade initiatives across modules and custom configurations.
• Configure Actimize solutions to support FinCEN filings (SAR/CTR/STR).
• Develop sanctions screening capabilities within Actimize AML workflows.
• Write high-quality Java applications with solid memory model understanding.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries across databases.
• Apply cloud-native and 12-factor patterns in distributed systems.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Work with Kafka for scalable integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack.
