Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a strong Java developer with deep Actimize expertise in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on building and upgrading ActOne/RCM plug-ins, implementing FinCEN SAR/CTR/STR workflows, and managing sanctions screening within the Actimize environment.

You will design, develop, and optimize Java-based modules, collaborate with agile teams, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with professional experience or education.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM) development.
• Experience planning and executing ActOne platform upgrades.
• Specialized experience with FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR).
• Applied experience with NICE Actimize Sanctions screening modules and configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database tuning across Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB-like platforms.
• Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design on AWS/Azure/PCF.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) and TDD/BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions).
• Experience using Kafka for event-driven integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform (ActOne / RCM).

Build, maintain, and upgrade ActOne/RCM Java plug-ins, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to platform standards.

Lead and support ActOne upgrade initiatives across platform modules and custom configurations.

Implement and configure Actimize solutions to support FinCEN filing requirements, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).

Build, maintain, and optimize Sanctions screening capabilities within the Actimize environment to support AML and compliance workflows.

Develop high-quality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.

Implement cloud-native and 12-factor application patterns in distributed systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.

Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.

Work with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka to build scalable integrations.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.
