Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a strong Java developer with deep Actimize expertise in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on building and upgrading ActOne/RCM plug-ins, implementing FinCEN SAR/CTR/STR workflows, and managing sanctions screening within the Actimize environment.

You will design, develop, and optimize Java-based modules, collaborate with agile teams, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with professional experience or education.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM) development.
• Experience planning and executing ActOne platform upgrades.
• Specialized experience with FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR).
• Applied experience with NICE Actimize Sanctions screening modules and configurations.
• Proficiency in SQL and database tuning across Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB-like platforms.
• Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design on AWS/Azure/PCF.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) and TDD/BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions).
• Experience using Kafka for event-driven integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne/RCM).
• Build, maintain, and upgrade ActOne/RCM Java plug-ins with performance in mind.
• Lead upgrade initiatives across platform modules and custom configurations.
• Configure Actimize solutions to support FinCEN filing requirements (SAR/CTR/STR).
• Build, maintain, and optimize Sanctions screening within Actimize for AML workflows.
• Develop high-quality Java applications with solid memory model understanding.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries across multiple databases.
• Implement cloud-native and 12-factor patterns in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.
• Work with Kafka for scalable integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across full stack.
