Job summary

TEAMSOS seeks a 911 Public Safety Solutions Consultant who builds trusted relationships with PSAPs and public safety agencies, using 911 operations knowledge to evaluate, plan, procure, and implement modern emergency communications while driving revenue.

You will meet stakeholders, present TEAMSOS cloud NG911 solutions, differentiate offerings, and guide customers through procurement, with travel across California and occasional outside hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in 911/PSAP, emergency communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of California 911 operations and workflows.
• Knowledge of NG911 architecture and cloud-based call handling.
• Experience with CAD, GIS, radio, networking or related tech.
• Proven consultative sales and account development ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel across California and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and advance a statewide pipeline of PSAP opportunities.
• Develop trusted relationships with 911 directors, managers, and staff.
• Identify new-logo, replacement, modernization, and expansion opportunities.
• Own opportunity follow-up from outreach through close and handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasts, and revenue expectations.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand challenges and desired outcomes.
• Present TEAMSOS NG911 solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Differentiate offerings and guide customers through procurement steps.
