• Provide SME on NG911 call flow, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with project leads, subcontractors, and stakeholders for technical integrations.
• Manage pre‑implementation tasks and ATP activities; assist with issue resolution.
• Deliver updates and executive-level reports on risks and performance metrics.
