Job summary

Primary Health Solutions in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Systems and Training Coordinator to lead NextGen Practice Management (EPM) training and support Patient Access systems onsite.

The role conducts onsite and/or remote training, develops onboarding materials, assesses staff competencies, and partners with Practice Managers to monitor performance.

This position emphasizes customer service, quality, and process improvement, with responsibility for audits, workflows, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Medical Terminology Preferred
• 2+ years of medical office experience required.
• Ability to conduct onsite and/or remote NextGen EPM and InteliChart training.
• Experience with onboarding staff utilizing NextGen EPM.

Responsibilities

• Acts as in-house subject matter expert/consultant.
• Conducts onsite and/or remote NextGen EPM and InteliChart training.
• Develops onboarding training for new employees using NextGen EPM (group and/or one-on-one).
• Assesses NextGen EPM competencies of new employees with Practice Managers.
