Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage system issues and resolve or escalate them as needed.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows and documentation standards.
