Qualifications

• MA certification required; 3+ years healthcare training preferred.
• Experience with clinical staff onboarding and competency assessments.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, especially NextGen.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding training for new clinical staff.
• Serve as go-to expert for clinical training questions.
• Design and improve clinical training curriculum.
• Lead competency assessments and 30-60-90 reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and leadership on training initiatives.
