Primary Health Solutions is seeking a Systems and Training Coordinator in Hamilton, OH. This onsite role supports the onboarding and ongoing training of staff on NextGen Practice Management (EPM) and InteliChart, while acting as a subject-matter expert for staff using these systems.

The position emphasizes competency assessment, routine training, and collaboration with department leaders to monitor metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Success in a fast-paced healthcare setting with a focus on patient access.
• Experience with NextGen EPM and InteliChart is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and act on medical terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acts as in-house subject matter expert/consultant for NextGen EPM and InteliChart.
• Conducts onsite and/or remote NextGen EPM training.
• Develops onboarding training for new staff on NextGen EPM and related workflows.
• Assesses competencies of new employees using the system to ensure independence.
• Provides remedial and annual competency training for existing staff.
• Collaborates with Practice Managers to assess competencies.
• Creates workflows and standard documents with other departments.
• Coordinates annual or recurring training for staff on EPM and InteliChart.
• Supports leaders in creating and monitoring metrics for staff using EPM.
