Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Central Ohio is seeking a NextGen System Analyst responsible for supporting the functionality and optimization of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. You will provide support to clinical staff and ensure smooth operation while collaborating closely with the vendor and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and education in Health Information Technology. The position offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $69,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Serve as point of contact for user questions and routine technical support.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Provide training and user support for existing staff.
