Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with EHR/clinical systems a plus.
• Experience implementing or managing clinical software projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers work within established timeframes for IS projects.
• Defines, builds, and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates functional specifications and validates content with business owners.
• Mentors junior colleagues and supports process redesign.
• Performs thorough unit testing and coordinates testing activities.
• Provides end-user go-live support and post‑go-live issue resolution.
