Job summary

Clover Consulting is seeking a Change Communications Lead for a 12-month contract in Grand Rapids, MI. The role drives global communications strategy and execution across internal and customer audiences during the NextGen transformation.

You will partner with program leadership, market teams, creative, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging, asset development, and adoption throughout the transformation journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change communications, transformation communications, corporate communications, or organizational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
• Strong communication planning, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing agencies and coordinating cross-functional communication efforts.
• Excellent presentation development and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global NextGen communication strategy and integrated communication plan.
• Define communication objectives, audience segmentation, key messages, communication channels, and governance.
• Own the development and evolution of the NextGen narrative and key messaging framework.
• Translate NextGen program messaging into clear, compelling and actionable stakeholder communications.
• Lead communication asset roadmap and content calendar; create materials for customer and internal audiences.
• Coordinate with Creative Team and external agencies to align with brand standards and direction.
• Manage agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality material on time and within budget.
• Support markets with localized communication strategies, toolkits, and reusable assets.
• Lead internal communications across leadership, global functions, markets, and program stakeholders.
• Develop executive presentations, talking points and leadership updates.
• Monitor and improve communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
