Job summary

Clovers Consulting seeks a Change Communications Lead for the NextGen Ecosystem Program in Grand Rapids, MI. This 12-month contract role leads global communications planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across markets.

You will partner with leadership, change management, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver clear messaging, assets, and governance across internal and customer audiences, with on-site 2 days/week. Hybrid work and potential extensions apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change communications, transformation communications, corporate communications, or organizational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
• Strong communication planning, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing agencies and coordinating cross-functional communication efforts.
• Excellent presentation development and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global NextGen communication strategy and integrated communication plan.
• Define communication objectives, audience segmentation, key messages, communication channels, and governance.
• Own the development and evolution of the NextGen narrative and key messaging framework.
• Develop and manage the communication asset roadmap and content calendar.
• Lead creation of communication materials including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, campaigns, videos, portal content, leadership communications, launch materials, and success stories.
• Partner with Creative Team to ensure materials align with brand standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate communication asset development with external agencies and internal partners.
• Manage communication agencies and external vendors, providing direction and feedback to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Support markets in developing localized communication strategies and templates; provide toolkits and assets for market adaptation.
• Coach and advise market teams on communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution best practices.
• Lead communication planning and execution for Customer Ambassador Program, Customer Preview, Early Release, Launch, and post-launch adoption activities.
• Lead enterprise-wide communications, manage channels, and drive visibility of program progress and milestones.
• Develop executive presentations, talking points, briefing materials, and leadership updates.
• Support communication needs for Steering Committees and major program events.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and drive adoption and sustainment activities.
