Job summary

Concord Church in Dallas, TX is seeking a Next Gen Coordinator to serve as the operational connector for the Next Gen ministries. You will translate the Director's vision into coordinated timelines, processes, and execution across teams.

The role supports the Next Gen Director, manages calendars, check-ins, onboarding, data reporting, and financial administration, while partnering with Student Pastors and Grow Group staff to ensure aligned, efficient ministry operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years ministry coordination or event planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Touchpoint preferred and other ministry tools.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management; ability to handle confidential information securely.

Responsibilities

• Support the Next Gen Director with translating vision into processes and timelines.
• Own and manage the master Next Gen ministry calendar and check-in system.
• Coordinate volunteer onboarding, training, and documentation; maintain data and reports.
• Provide financial administrative support including monthly budget monitoring and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Student Pastors and Grow Group Coordinator on admin for groups.
