Gateway Church is seeking a NextGen Coordinator to run the administrative and logistical engine of NextGen – kids and youth together – at our Prosper campus. This role sits on the base NextGen support team, handling coordinating, scheduling, check-in, and guest experience, and acts as first point of contact for parents and students.

The coordinator will support both kids and youth environments, manage registrations and events, assist with background checks, and keep ministry records up to date

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and two or more years of administrative, coordination, or ministry experience - required
• Bachelor's degree - preferred
• Prior experience in a multisite church environment - preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinates weekly NextGen execution for kids and youth at the campus
• Owns scheduling and calendar, including services, events, trainings, and room/resource reservations
• Handles administrative processes: purchase requests, check requests, expense reports, invoices, vendor payments within approved threshold
• Maintains ministry records and data in the church database (attendance, registrations, follow-up)
• Orders and maintains supplies, resources, and materials for the ministry
• Serves as a point of contact between campus ministry and area supporting teams
• Prepares spaces and materials for services and events, and is present around services to resolve issues
