Job summary

Grace Community Church in Tyler, TX seeks a NextGen Pastor to unite and lead Grace KIDS and Grace Student Ministry across campuses. You will equip children, students, and parents to be and make disciples, aligning vision and developing scalable systems that reflect our leadership values.

This role coaches campus NextGen Directors, builds shared curricula, and collaborates with Operations, Communications, and Worship to execute major events, retreats, and camps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Seminary or Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years leading multi-family ministries in a large multi-site church.
• Understanding of Christian worldview and ability to articulate it to others.

Responsibilities

• Central Leadership: Provide big-picture vision and alignment for NextGen ministries across all campuses.
• Team Supervision: Coach, develop, and supervise campus-level NextGen ministry directors and pastors.
• System Building: Create scalable playbooks, select shared curriculum, and define operational rhythms.
• Family Ministry: Develop strategies that empower parents to serve as primary spiritual leaders.
• Collaboration: Align strategies, master calendars, and major ministry events across campuses.
• Partnership: Support central departments to execute retreats, camps, and major events.
• Theological Framework: Ensure alignment with Grace Community Church's doctrine and values.
• Team Health: Model spiritual, emotional, and ministry health for teams.
