Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a NextGen Coordinator (PRP) at the Prosper Campus to manage administrative and logistical support for kids and youth ministry. You will coordinate weekly execution, scheduling, and events, while ensuring smooth operation of spaces and resources for weekend services.

The role emphasizes volunteer recruitment, training, and retention, and acts as a primary contact for parents and students, with duties spanning procurement, records, and cross-campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two+ years of administrative, coordination, or ministry experience are required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior multisite church experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate week-to-week NextGen activities for kids and youth at the campus.
• Build and steward the Serve Team; recruit, schedule, train, retain, and appreciate volunteers.
• Own ministry scheduling and calendar for services, events, trainings, and spaces.
