Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a Part-time NextGen Coordinator (Temporary Support) in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on coordinating NextGen — kids and youth — at the campus, serving as a first contact for parents and students.

It requires strong administrative skills and the ability to support both kids and youth ministries during a temporary leave of absence. Responsibilities include scheduling, Serve Team development, event logistics, and cross-campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Proven experience recruiting, scheduling, and retaining volunteers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to troubleshoot issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly NextGen activities for the campus, aligning with the Pastor's plan.
• Build and steward the Serve Team with recruiting, scheduling, training, retention, and appreciation.
• Own ministry scheduling and calendar for services, events, trainings, and space reservations.
• Handle administrative processes: reimbursements, invoices, and vendor payments within thresholds.
