Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking ambitious individuals for the Electrical & Automation Engineer Development Program, a two-year, hands-on experience designed to develop future E&A engineers who will power the factory of the future. You’ll spend ~24 months at an COE factory location across Jonesboro, AR or Waverly, IA, with rotations, mentorship, and a pathway into a full-time E&A engineer role.

Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering completed or expected by June 2027.
• Electrical & Automation internship or co‑op experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Nestlé USA COE locations across Jonesboro, AR and Waverly, IA.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational E&A skills through hands-on work and structured training.
• Support process improvements by gathering data and documenting findings.
• Assist daily operations and maintenance of electrical power, instrumentation, and control systems.
