Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking ambitious individuals for the Electrical & Automation Engineer Development Program in Jonesboro, AR. This two‑year, hands‑on program develops future E&A engineers who will power our factories and support digital ambitions.

You will rotate through foundational and advanced E&A experiences, gain exposure to PLCs/SCADA, MES, and digital tools, and transition into a full‑time engineering role across Nestlé USA facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field (completed or expected by June 2027).
• Preferred internship or co‑op in Electrical & Automation; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Support foundational E&A skill-building through hands‑on work and structured training.
• Assist with data gathering, documentation, and improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Participate in daily operations and maintenance of electrical power and control systems.
