Eligibility includes a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics engineering (by June 2027), GPA 3.0+, and internship or co-op in E&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field (completed or expected by June 2027).
• Preferred GPA 3.0+
• Electrical & Automation internship or co-op
• Leadership experience (student orgs, athletics, community)
• Manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated problem solving

Responsibilities

• Build foundational E&A skills through hands-on work and structured training.
• Support process improvements by gathering data and reporting findings.
• Assist daily operations and maintenance of electrical power, instrumentation, and controls.
• Learn asset management fundamentals, lifecycle, and capital planning support.
• Contribute to capital investment projects—from scoping to commissioning.
• Gain real-world exposure to PLCs/SCADA, instrumentation, and digital tools.
