Nestlé USA invites applications for the 2027 Electrical & Automation (E&A) Engineer Development Program. This two‑year, hands‑on program develops future E&A engineers to power the factory of the future, with rotations at a COE location and a path to full‑time engineering roles across Nestlé USA.

You’ll gain exposure to PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, MES, and digital tools, while mentoring and cross‑functional rotations prepare you for leadership and technical excellence in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline (completed or expected by June 2027).
• Electrical & Automation internship or co‑op
• Leadership experience (student orgs, athletics, community)
• Manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated problem solving experience

Responsibilities

• Build foundational E&A skills through hands‑on work and development experiences
• Support process improvements by gathering data and documenting findings
• Assist daily operations & maintenance of electrical power, instrumentation, and control systems
• Learn to apply data to predictive/automated decision making
