Job summary

Start June 21, 2027; locations include Jonesboro, AR and Waverly, IA. The program emphasizes mentorship, data‑driven improvements, and exposure to digital tools, MES, robotics, and capital projects, with relocation support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline (completed or expected by June 2027).
• Internship or co-op in Electrical & Automation preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership experience.
• Manufacturing exposure or related hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support technical learning through hands-on projects and mentorship.
• Assist with process improvements, data collection, and documentation.
• Support electrical power, instrumentation, and control system operations.
