Nestlé USA is seeking ambitious individuals for its Electrical & Automation Engineer Development Program, a two-year, hands-on experience designed to develop the next generation of E&A engineers who will power the factory of the future. Participants rotate through a Center of Excellence factory locations and transition into full-time roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline (completed or expected by June 2027).
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.0+.
Electrical & Automation internship or co‑op experience.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to relocate to Nestlé USA COE locations.

Responsibilities

Build foundational E&A skills through hands-on training and guided practice.
Support process improvements by data collection and documentation.
Assist daily operations and maintenance of electrical power, instrumentation, and control systems.
Contribute to capital projects from scoping to commissioning.
Learn MES, automation standards, and robotics in factory settings.
