Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA are required.
• 10+ years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical field.
• Experience in cruise, travel, maritime, or shipbuilding industry a strong plus.
• Strong financial modeling, benchmarking, and business case analysis.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, plus stakeholder management.
• Self-starter with curiosity and ability to lead analysts.

Responsibilities

• Owns competitive intelligence for newbuild and translates into strategic implications.
• Builds market intelligence across shipbuilding and cruise industries.
• Develops yard intelligence and informs build decisions.
• Shapes future yard engagement strategies and operating model.
• Drives development of portfolio strategy and pricing benchmarks.
• Collaborates with Operations, Finance, Brand and programs.
• Prepares executive summaries and presentations.
• Leads and mentors team of analysts.
