Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami seeks a Sr. Analyst, Architecture and Design to lead architectural design for newbuilds and refurbishments. You will coordinate with external firms, shipyards, and internal teams to ensure design meets brand goals on time and within budget.

You will review drawings, develop high-end 3D visuals, and advise on cost-effective solutions while complying with safety and operational requirements. Occasional travel is expected to support global projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years design industry experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years managing large scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ship design elements across multi-year timelines.
• Coordinate 30+ internal and external stakeholders in the design process.
• Integrate maritime technology, fire codes and safety regulations into designs.
• Guide creation of presentations and reports for executive decision-making.
• Incorporate reference ships and design guidelines within budget constraints.
• Travel internationally or domestically up to 25%.
• Maintain design budget for specific venues up to $20M.
