Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screenings using OAE and ABR.
• Obtain and document patient and family history.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with patient check-in, registration, scheduling, and front desk workflows.
• Support hearing aid services including maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with audiologists and nursery staff to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Follow safety, infection prevention, confidentiality, and patient rights policies.
• Adapt schedules to meet patient volume and operational needs.
• Learn and implement new audiology technologies and equipment.
