St. Joseph’s Health is seeking an early-career audiology assistant to perform otoacoustic emissions and automated auditory brainstem response tests under supervision in the well-baby, intermediate, and NICU nurseries.

The role includes handling all paperwork and database entry for the newborn screening program, and cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies to ensure accurate, reliable results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to support the newborn

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing health-related college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform otoacoustic emissions and automated ABR tests without supervision.
• Document test results and enter data into the newborn screening database.
• Clean and maintain equipment and supplies.
