Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required

Responsibilities

• Screen newborns for hearing loss in hospital settings.
• Collect and verify data/demographics for each baby; perform screens and related services.
• Educate parents about the importance of hearing screens and early intervention.
• Notify Site Supervisor of missed and refer babies; schedule outpatient appointments as needed.
• Upload screen results and state reporting by the end of each shift; ensure accurate documentation.
