St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a CNA 1 Hearing Screener for the Magic Valley Mother Baby Unit. You will perform newborn hearing screenings prior to discharge and support the Mother Baby team with patient care.

You will educate families on the importance of newborn hearing testing, document results accurately, and collaborate with nurses and providers. A current CNA and BLS/CPR certification are required, and the role includes some administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Ability to educate families and document results accurately.
• Able to collaborate with nurses and care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screenings prior to discharge.
• Educate families on newborn hearing screening importance.
• Document and report screening results accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and healthcare team members.
• Assist with administrative tasks in the unit.
