You will work on-site at one or more hospitals, undergo on-the-job training, and pursue annual American Academy of Audiology certification to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens in hospital settings.
• Educate parents about the importance of screening and follow-up.
• Ensure accurate data collection and documentation for each baby.
• Maintain patient safety, PPE compliance, and safety protocols.
• Upload screen results and related data by end of shift.
• Coordinate follow-up outpatient appointments for refer babies.
