Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain on offer.
• Ability to work weekends and national holidays.
• 1–3 months experience with newborns in a medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens and educate parents on results.
• Ensure screening readiness and patient safety.
• Collect demographic data and document screens.
• Upload screen data and report stats by shift end.
• Coordinate outpatient appointments for refer babies.
• Follow PPE, vaccinations, and hospital policies.
