Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hearing screens and education to parents.
• Ensure data collection, screening, and documentation for every eligible baby.
• Upload screen results and state reporting by end of each shift unless instructed otherwise.
• Schedule outpatient appointments for refer babies when appropriate.
• Comply with company and hospital policies including PPE, safety, and compliance training.
