Qualifications

• 5+ years in office or facilities management at senior level.
• Established network of NY contractors, designers, vendors.
• Experience launching an office from scratch.
• Understanding US CRE and office fit-out processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of the first US office.
• Run day-to-day office operations and culture.
• Manage facilities, maintenance, and security.
• Oversee vendor contracts and cost control.
• Coordinate with London team on budget and fit-out.
• Ensure health, safety, and building compliance.
