Job summary

BitGo seeks an energetic leader to spearhead our New York office operations, overseeing administrative needs, vendor management, and safety compliance. You will partner with HR on local perks, manage access controls, and foster a collaborative, welcoming workplace.

With 3+ years in Operations/Facilities and 2+ years of people management, you will drive culture, events, and office improvements in a fast-paced crypto tech environment in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Operations and Facilities experience.
• Experience coordinating office moves.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative and general office needs at the New York office.
• Oversee local vendors and contractors.
• Be the primary contact with building management for facilities.
• Partner with HR on local perks and benefits programs.
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal on employee health & safety.
• Issue access passes for new employees and visitors.
• Promote a positive office culture and drive collaboration.
