Job summary

Brightery is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to translate company strategy into branch-level goals and build a high-performing local operation. You will develop the local team and coordinate with central software, AI, creative and marketing delivery specialists.

You will own branch targets, lead hiring and performance reviews, manage client relationships and drive revenue while ensuring alignment with headquarters' standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an agency, IT services, software, or related B2B business.
• Track record of meeting commercial targets and managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret profit-and-loss reports, forecasts and pipeline metrics.
• Strong client relationships, negotiation and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience collaborating with remote or centralized service delivery teams.
• Excellent English communication; local-market language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set branch sales, revenue, service and operational targets and track performance against them.
• Lead local hiring, employee development, performance reviews and day-to-day team priorities.
• Supervise the sales pipeline, key client relationships, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate delivery expectations, escalation paths and quality standards with headquarters.
• Manage branch budgets, approved expenditure, suppliers and operational reporting.
• Build local partnerships and represent Brightery in relevant business communities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and coordinate local requirements with qualified specialists.
