Job summary

Laminar is building a future where matter is comprehensible and controllable on the factory floor. As a leader, you will identify opportunities, test their economics, and drive them from concept through launch, working directly with the founders to scale new ventures across industries and geographies.

You will craft business cases, recruit diverse teams, and partner with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver measurable outcomes, while contributing to strategic planning and fundraising

Qualifications

A record of launching a business, function, product, or program.

Responsibilities

Prioritize new ventures across industry verticals, geographies, partnerships, and customer offerings.
Build business cases, define milestones, and recommend capital and headcount commitments.
Launch initiatives such as an expert-advisory offering for major manufacturing customers.
Recruit initial teams and work with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver results.
Contribute to company planning and fundraising through financial analysis and evidence from new initiatives.
Scale, revise, or stop initiatives based on results, then lead them permanently or transfer ownership.
