Laminar is pioneering intelligent production systems for the factory floor in San Francisco, building foundations for autonomous manufacturing. You will work directly with the founders to test ideas, build viable businesses, and scale ventures across industries.

Qualifications

• A record of launching a business, function, product, or program.
• You combine commercial judgment with financial fluency and can recruit and lead people across disciplines.
• Strong ability to build and test business cases and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize new ventures across industry verticals, geographies, partnerships, and customer offerings.
• Build business cases, define milestones, and recommend capital and headcount commitments.
• Launch initiatives such as an expert-advisory offering for major manufacturing customers.
• Recruit initial teams and work with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver results.
• Contribute to company planning and fundraising through financial analysis and evidence from new initiatives.
• Scale, revise, or stop initiatives based on results and transfer ownership.
